1. Advance Payments

All projects require an upfront payment of 50% before commencement. This amount is non-refundable as it covers project planning, resource allocation, and initial setup.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered if the project has not been started or in rare cases where Binary Web Software is unable to deliver the promised services due to internal constraints.

3. Partial Refunds

If a client cancels the project before 50% of work is completed, a partial refund (after deducting hours and resources used) may be considered. Documentation of work done will be provided.

4. No Refunds in These Cases

  • Client is unresponsive or delays project deliverables.
  • Project is delayed due to third-party issues.
  • Client changes scope or cancels project midway.
  • Service already delivered as per scope.

5. Maintenance & Hosting Fees

Maintenance, hosting, or domain charges are non-refundable once activated or paid to third parties on your behalf.

6. Refund Process Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, Binary Web Software will attempt to resolve it amicably. Legal claims will be handled in the jurisdiction of Gujarat, India.
